Talacauvery is the place that is the source of the river Kaveri. The temple here is dedicated to Goddess Kaveramma. At a height of 1276 m above sea level, it has small temple as well that is visited often by pilgrims. Talakaveri Temple is open from 6:00 am to 8:30 pm daily.
