At Montrose Golf Resort & Spa we are deeply committed to protecting the health and safety of every person entering our hotel and the community at large. We have been taking every precaution to keep our environment safe. Recent developments with COVID-19 make it clear that temporary closure of some of our facilities, activities and outlets is the safest thing to do.
We have put in multiple steps in place to make sure that our guests are in the safest environment possible.

• We regularly check the temperature all our staff and guests upon entering the hotel premises.
• Deep cleaning of room is carried out after each check out and the room goes under 24 hour isolation period, before it’s new use.
• Teams properly trained to follow all established protocols.
• Maintenance of hot water system at 60 degree Celsius.
• Improved cleaning protocols for environments with cleaning products that meet the highest levels of disinfection required by WHO
• Alcohol based hand sanitizer points available in main public areas of the hotel( reception, elevators, restaurants etc.)
• Frequent monitoring of air renewal system
• All our staff will be using protective gear including masks, gloves at all times.
• We deep clean and apply disinfectants in guest rooms and all other areas of the hotel on a systematic basis.
• All high touch points are disinfected at regular intervals such as, door handles, elevator buttons, counter tops, table tops and railings.
• Restaurants have been organised in such a manner that social distancing is followed.
• Washing of all dishes at 80 degrees Celsius
