The stunning dam build across the tributaries of the River Kaveri boasts a height of 47 meters and length of 846 meters. It a well renowned picnic spot and is mostly visited during the months of August to September when the dam opens up its water gates and lets the water flow. The Dam is open in between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily.
